I could not be happier with my new metal roof.  It looks great.  You had everything in order to start the job and provided all the info for insurance and potential tax savings.  Your crew did an excellent job installing the roof on a fairly complicated layout.  Workmanship and quality were #1 on the agenda.  They even did a few extra "honey dos" for me.  They were very courteous and hard working.  After the job was done, things were so clean, I  never knew they were there.  We even had dinner at the house with them toward the end of the job. 

I have no regrets having made the decision to install a metal roof and having you and your staff do this project.

Dear Bill,

It has been several months since the installation of our "Kassel & Irons" metal roof, and I wanted to let you know what we think of the roof and the experience of the installation. The roof has been through several storms so for and appears to just smile at the winds we get "just asking for more", and as you know, our main reason for the choosing a metal roof was because of the problems the winds have given us. The installation experience was second to none; Ben and crew did a great job with all aspects of the installation.  Markie and I would have them back anytime. As for as contracting with Mid America Metal Roofing, you did exactly

It was a delight to work with you from my first contact with you until the completion of the roof project. I had sought at least three bids for this garage roofing job and you came in under the other two bids. In addition, you were the only one who was willing to provide the exact type of roof that I wanted. The other two contacts did not want to put on the roof that I wanted - too many pieces etc. Moreover, your pleasant manner was a pleasure. You were always polite and courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns, and I had many. Then it came time for the men to begin the work. They all were gentlemen and definitely knew what they were doing. One of the days was very windy on our farm but they continued to work and within 3 days the job was completed without a hitch. The roof looks superb! Now we plan to roof the house just like the garage this spring. We truly look forward to working with you again - please send the same workers - they were great!

I'm very happy with the new raised seam metal roof that you installed. The workmanship was excellent, and you made my 100 year old house look about 20 years old. Several neighbors have already stopped to compliment it's appearance. Also, several people have asked me about the new siding I apparently added at the same time-except I didn't add any new siding. The house looks great. You also provided the lien waiver that I requested for the job. You were also very helpful in completing the forms I needed for the federal tax credit.I would recommend your company and crew for any roofing jobs that anyone needs in the future. Thanks for your help.
